| Review Otoshi-Uchi , Tsuki-Komi , and Yoko-Uke . Introduce these three as forward and backward line drills. Review Ryobu-Kai Combination 1 . |
Yoko-Uchi [K] (Side Strike) Can be done forward and backward as a line drill. Must switch grip with both hands as you bring Bo tip back to anchor shoulder while moving in.
